Site work for a civil project in Elk River, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: 1 Lump Sum - Lift Station & Valve Vault 3,390 Lin Ft - 8" Trenchless Sanitary Sewer 3,050 Lin Ft - 6" Trenchless Sanitary Forcemain 110 Lin Ft - Sanitary Manhole 3 Each - Air Relief Manhole Lift Station Dewatering 670 Sy - Bituminous Patch 2,400 Sy Erosion Control & Turf Establishment together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. BID SECURITY: A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Elk River shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
