Site work and environmental remediation for a municipal facility in Tillamook, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for environmental remediation for a municipal facility.
Work includes the abatement and disposal of asbestos containing materials (including all necessary reporting) of the Port-owned commercial building located at 6100 Hangar Road, Tillamook, Oregon 97141. There is no engineer's estimate associated with this project. Bidders will be required to be pre-qualified under ORS 279B.120. The Port of Tillamook Bay ("Port") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
