If the Federal Minimum Wage Rate increases during the term of this service, the minimum wage rate paid to janitors or workers will be increased and fees to the respondent may be increased. This increase may be paid upon HHSC's receipt of written notification from the respondent that the Federal Minimum Wage Rate has increased. No increase can be provided prior to the actual date of the Federal Minimum Wage Rate increase.
