Demolition, site work and addition to a playground / park / athletic field in Marathon, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,100-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete an approximately 1,100 SF expansion of the Parks & Rec office at Community Park in accordance with the plans and specifications. The proposed building expansion is a wood frame building on concrete pilings. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, except timely submission of bids, in any bids received, to re-advertise for bids or to take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interests of the City. As a matter of information to Bidders, the City does not bind itself to accept the minimum specifications stated herein, but reserves the right to accept any bid, which in the judgment of the City Council will best serve the needs and interests of the City.
