Site work for a mixed-use development in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The Westmoreland Intermediate Unit will receive sealed separate Bids for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Landscape Security Enhancements, WIU Administration Building, 102 Equity Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601 and WIU Clairview School, 215 Donohoe Road, Greensburg, PA 15601. The Project will be bid in a single Prime Contract. The Bids must be sealed and marked separately as follows: Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Landscape Security Enhancements General Bids shall be on a lump-sum basis. Segregated Bids will not be accepted. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Owner, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids,either in part or in total, and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids.
