As of June 2, 2021 project was awarded for $147,313.13 The work of this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Base Bid: Water Main Installation Including Approximately 400 Lf of 8" Pvc Water Main, Three (3) New Water Service Connections, One (1) Wet Tap Connection and Connection to Existing 4" Water Main Including All Work Necessary and Incidental Thereto. Alternate No. 1 Fire Hydrant Removal and Disposal, Three (3) Units, as Shown on the Drawings, Including All Work Associated With and Incidental Thereto. Alternate No. 2 Fire Hydrant Removal and Replacement, Five (5) Units, as Shown on the Drawings, Includeing All Work Associated With and Incidental Thereto. Each Proposal must be submitted utilizing the forms contained within the Contract Documents. It must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the BIDDER, his address and name of Project(s) for which the Bid is submitted. Materials to be contained within the sealed envelope are specified under "Instructions to Bidders." Bid Proposals shall be complete, in ink, and any Bids incomplete or not submitted in a sealed, specially addressed envelope may be considered informal.
