Renovation of a military facility in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Replace / Install Fire Safety Systems in Readiness Centers (Group 6). The project is generally described as a Fire Safety Systems Upgrade at the Charlottesville Readiness Center and the work includes but is not limited to: Fire Alarm work, Sprinkler work, Civil work, and Electrical work. A Bid Bond is required. No other forms of security, including certified checks, will be accepted. A Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Performance Bond (DGS-30-084, form CO-10) and a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Labor and Material Payment Bond (DGS-30-088, form CO-10.1) WILL be required regardless of the bid amount. eVA Vendor Registration: The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA. See the attached eVA Vendor Registration Requirements. State Project Code: 123-18318-007 AGENCY project number: 20-0010 The Work generally is described as renovations to the existing Bedford Readiness Center to install an automatic sprinkler system, fire alarm system, electrical, and all other work indicated in the Bid Documents.
