Site work and paving for a civil project in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
***** As of 05/04/2021 the awarded contractor is Western Engineering Company, INC in the amount of $1,422,955.37 and NL&L Concrete in the amount of $216,370.00. The start date for the project is estimated to start in the mid-summer for both of the contractors. The Project includes two project contracts. Project Contract #1 consists of 113,000 SY cold milling, 12,500 TON hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement base course and overlay surface course, traffic control, and pavement markings. Project Contract No. 2 consists of 2,000 SY of 9-inch concrete reconstruction and other miscellaneous appurtenances as shown on the drawings. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
