The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of a new stream monitoring weir consisting of concrete. The work includes removal of parts of the existing stream weir, bank rehabilitation, by-pass pumping for construction, and other items as shown on the drawings and as specified. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's maximum bid price is required to accompany the Bid. A performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. The Contract is subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The project is located approximately 3 miles north along Pine Grove Road (Rt. 233) from the intersection of Lincoln Highway (Rt. 30) and Pine Grove Road in Franklin Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania. Bidders can utilize the PennBid Program without any initial or recurring costs. A fee of 0.25% of the bid total, capped at $5,000, is assessed only to the bidder who is awarded the project.
