Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required for the removal and replacement of existing retaining block wall, upgrade stair guardrails and handrails to meet present code requirements, removal and replacement of existing gutter drain system with underground drain system, replacement of existing wooden fence with 6 foot chain link fencing with privacy slats, remove two existing hackberry trees and replace existing landscape at the TWC MLK Warehouse building located at 101 East Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Austin, Texas 78702. The TWC intends to continue to occupy the building during construction and therefore the work must not interfere with normal business operations. Questions will be received via email only until May 26, 2021, 10:00 AM (CST). Questions received after this deadline may be returned. Answers to questions will be posted via Electronically June 3, 2021, 2:00 PM (CST). Proposals are due June 14, 2021, 10:00 AM (CST). Any and all questions, substitution requests, clarifications, etc. must be submitted in writing via email to Gaye Smith on or before May 26, 2021 @ 10:00 AM.
