The project location is 5431 Ferndale Road, Ferndale, WA. Firms unfamiliar with such work and associated codes and safety regulations will not be considered. Firms must be prequalified by obtaining and successfully filling out the form and attend the mandatory pre-bid site walk through to be approved to bid. To ensure consideration, the bid must be enclosed in an envelope marked, "CONFIDENTIAL: SEALED BID - PUD#1 of WHATCOM COUNTY PUMP STATION NO. 1 SUBSTATION". Bid Proposals not completed in the manner specified in the "Instruction to Bidders" of the Contract Documents/Specifications may be considered non-responsive. Whatcom PUD reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, and to waive any informality in the bid or in the bidding process. Women or minority owned business enterprise participation is not a requirement of this project, however, involvement is encouraged.
