NETWORK NUMBER: 7009122 This project provides for the asphalt resurfacing of the Greensburg Maintenance Area, AKH Maintenance Lane and Circulation Road. The project also includes milling, minor drainage repairs, select slope pipe replacement, regrading swales, placement of shoulder back up and pavement patching. Milepost G-7.15 is located approximately 0.7 miles north of the US Route 30 Interchange, Exit 6, on the northbound side of the highway in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The proposal and plans are published electronically in and are available to registered business partners for downloading and printing. An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The bid security of the three (3) low bidders will be retained until the execution of the contract. (The normal time for execution of the contract is approximately four [4] weeks.) A Prequalification Certification and Applicable Capacity Rating assigned by the Prequalification Office of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is a necessary prerequisite for bidding on this project.
