Site work for a mixed-use development in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The Boyertown Transload Phase 1 project includes the construction of 2,340' of new track, a 30'x16'x14' cast in place unloading pit, cast in place and concrete block retaining walls, earthwork and storm drainage. New Drainage a. Catch Basin 2' x 2' x2' high W/ Highway Grate b. Catch Basin 4' x 4' x 4' high W/Highway Grate c. 12" Dia. CMP Galv. 16 gauge d. 18" Dia. CMP Galv. 14 gauge perforated e. 24" Dia. RCP For E-80 Loading Compacted Stone Base (8") Roadway (Milled Material 4") Additional cost to replace Milled with Hot Mix The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who has based their bid in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor, in accordance with Executive Orders 11625 and 12138, must utilize to the greatest extent feasible, minority and/or women owned business concerns which are located within the municipality, county or the general trade area. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. It is the Owner's intent to construct this project in the Winter and Spring of 2021/2022.
