Fountain County Highway Department bids on the following for the year of 2022 or until a new bid is called for: TILE AND SEWER PIPE A. 8,000 ft. or les of corrugated Metal Culvert Pipe, 12" x 2 2/3" and 3" x 1" corrugations. Spiral Aluminized Type II or Galvanized Spiral or Riveted seams. Quote unite prices per lineal foot on sizes to include 12" thru 96" diameter, and arch sizes 17" x 13" thru 112" x 75". Sheet manufacturer certifications must accompany bid. Also, Structural Plate Pipe, Pipe Arches, and Arches both Steel and Aluminum. PREENGINEERED BRIDGE PACKAGES AND REHABILITATION PRODUCTS B. Aluminum Box Culvert, Assembled and unassembled delivered to jobsite. C. Precast Concrete Three Sided and Four-Sided Structures. Precast Headwalls and Wingwalls. D. All Steel Bridge Packages including Beam Span and Truss Structures. E. Bridge Decking Products, Structure Plate Bridge Flooring, Corrugations 2" to 6" and 3" to 9" inclusive in gauges of 12, 10, and 7. Open Grate Decking. F. Steele Guard Rail, Galvanized Steel and 588 Weathering Steel of 10 and 12 gauge. G. High Density Polyethylene Culver Pipe 6" and larger. All polyethylene pipes must have a smooth interior. H. Slope Stabilization and Erosion Control products (geotextiles, geogrids, silt fence, gabions, etc.) Successful bidder must have representative available to assist county in sizing, installation of structures, and rehab materials. Items A, B, C, E, F, G, and H shall be considered as a unit, with bid to be complete for all items and material to be delivered and unloaded as specified by county. The delivery time and availability of material are to be listed and considered as a part of bid. All materials must meet all federal and state highway specifications with a design load capacity to meet A.A.S.H.T.O. guidelines. The bidder shall provide design drawings signed and sealed by a professional engineer registered in the State of Indiana. An itemized "bill of materials" showing in detail all materials used for the complete package shall be submitted with each quotation. All materials must be manufactured and fabricated in the United States of America. The board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Please make a duplicate copy of the bid on Form No.95, which will be used at the County Highway Department.
