This contract requires the successful proponent to implement the planting of 2.5 million trees, do planting quality inspections and provide feedback to the contract holder of PL23DQU001 about quality and quantity of tree planting to meet the desired criteria in the schedule A. Services also include doing an approximate total 2289 hectares of RG surveys on full and fill-plants on immature stands burned by wildfires and some from small scale salvaged blocks. All survey units are located in various locations within the Quesnel District. Access to work units ranges from poor to good. Quality of access to some of the work units is unknown. Please ensure units are field reviewed to ensure your bid price reflect the access quality and site conditions. Contractor must be available to attend the startup day of planting contract PL23DQU001 (startup has normally been around the first week of May). Bidders must review all contract documents and understand what deliverables are due, and when, before submitting a bid on this contract.
