LANDSCAPE BIDS e Housing Authority of Comanche Texas is accepting bid for annual Landscape Maintenance. Service will include a prompt regularly scheduled mowing, edging, and trimming 2 times each month at all Housing Authority locations. Service provider will not mow over trash. Twice yearly tree and shrubbery trimming to stay within HUD UPCS standards. Bids should be submitted for once-a-month billing and with a yearly total. Winning bidder must have general liability insurance naming the Housing Authority as co-insured and conform with all local, state and any federal laws and/or ordinances. Service to begin the week of January 20th.
