Contractor shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by PWCS to re-design the Project arising from such publication (e.g. to maintain school security). Plans and specifications will be available for viewing between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. during the bidding period at the following location.
