Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coleman, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
You are invited to bid on the Renovation to Coleman District Office. 1. The project consists of renovation of existing 1,800 square foot Board Room to become District Offices. Space to include reception area, four (4) offices, conference room and work area. Renovations to existing 1,400 square foot District Offices to become a Choir/Music classroom including flooring, acoustical panel ceiling, lighting updates and custom millwork storage. Renovation to existing 1,280 square foot classroom/ workroom to a Kindergarten classroom and toilet room includes plumbing work, new flooring, acoustical panel ceiling, lighting, HVAC work, as indicated on the Contract Documents. Attn: Buildings and Grounds Department. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately. The Owner reserves the right to accept Bidder's Base Bid, accept any one or more of the Bidder's Alternate Bid's, reject any or all Bids, award contract based on its investigation of the Bidder's, as well as acceptance of Alternates all of which the Owner deems to be in its best interest and waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the Bids and waive minor irregularities in the bidding procedure, all at the Owner's discretion. Electronic versions of the plans and specifications will be available on the Builders Exchange of Wisconsin sharefile site. Contractors can email Builders Exchange of Wisconsin at editor@bxwi.com to request an electronic file. o The Owner nor the Architect will be providing additional SETS of drawings for construction use. o It is each Contractor and Sub-Contractor responsibility to review and obtain FULL SETS of construction documents and addendums for bidding and construction purposes. No additional sets of plans and specifications will be issued by the Owner or the Architect for construction. Any Contractor wishing to be added to the Plan Holders List that received or reviewed documents at any of the following plan exchanges must contact the above listed plan house and provide them the required information. A certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bond within ten days after the award of contract. Bidders shall bring discrepancies, omissions and conflicts of doubt as to true meaning of any part of the contract documents to the attention of Project Specialist, Landis Belott, lbelott@brayarch.com by 10:00 AM, Friday, January 10, 2022.
