CONTRACTNO. 1 The Project consists of replacing a 60-inch CMP culvert with a 12-foot W by 7-foot H by 30-foot L precast concrete box culvert. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located on Summit Road in the Town of Mount Holly. The Work will be substantially completed within 30 days after the Effective Date of the Contract and completed and ready for final payment within 45 days after the Effective Date of the Contract.
