Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project scope includes constructing a 1,400 square foot performance pavilion at the Rome Park. The construction of the building will include a concrete slabon-grade, CMU walls, glu-lam wood frame roof structure, with siding to match existing Rome Municipal buildings. The structure will be unheated and contain men's and women's toilet rooms. Multiple prime bids will be received as follows: Excavation Concrete General Construction Plumbing and Septic System Electrical Plans, specifications, and other bidding documents may be obtained from the architect's office. Questions due:: 4:00 PM,Thursday, January 20, 2022 Prequalification of bidders will not be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive irregularities in the bids received and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
