Question Cutoff Date 2/15/2022 08:00:00 PM (ET) Access to the roof is adjacent to an emergency exit. The access to the emergency egress must be maintained. An area will be provided for very limited staging and trash area. Another area will be provided for larger laydown yard, but securing that space will be the responsibility of the contractor and must be fully fenced. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "April 4, 2022" and shall be fully complete by "September 30, 2022". *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A. B. Drawings, Specification Sections, and general provisions of the Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and all other Division Specification Sections apply to this Section. The work shall include the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, coordination, etc., and the performance of all operations required to provide and complete construction as specified herein and shall include the cleanup and removal from site, all debris resulting from the operations performed. It shall also be the Contractor's responsibility to take all necessary safety precautions and to furnish safety measures as required. A.
