This solicitation is being conducted by the Georgia Department of Transportation under its authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road (as defined in O.C.G.A 32-1-3 (24) as provided for in O.C.G.A 32-2-61 (c) and (d) (1) (D). Only contractors deemed as Qualified Contractors to provide Landscape Project Services through the routine maintenance prequalification process are eligible to participate in this Invitation to Bid/Request for Quote. Through this ITB/RFQ, the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter referenAced as State Entity, DepartmentA, Agency, or GDOT) is seeking bids for PCC Slab Replacement. All respondents to this ITB/RFQ are subject to same terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-0000033608, subsequent awarded contract, and the Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ) Form, and are cautioned to completely review the entire ITB/RFQ and follow instructions carefully.
