Renovation of a stadium in Morristown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The City of Morristown is accepting sealed bids for the material, freight, and installation of fitness equipment for the Morristown Landing multi-use sports complex with specifications stated herein. Deadline for questions: The deadline to submit questions in writing is 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Questions to be submitted via email to Jan Martocci at purchasing@mymorristown.com. Answers will be published on Friday, Feb. 18, 2022, by 5:00 PM. The project is currently under construction and is scheduled to be complete in November of 2022 The bid shall include a 5% bid bond. The bid shall include a performance and payment bond in the amount of the contract price. The City of Morristown reserves the right to: award by item, groups of items, or total bid; to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part, and to waive any informality if it is determined to be in the best interest of City of Morristown.
