Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Throop, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Requests for clarification are due Monday, February 21, 2022 3:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. The Project consists of asphalt milling, base repairs, asphalt scratch course and wearing course overlay, asphalt curb, storm drainage work, traffic control during construction and other related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates. Bidder must ensure that employees and applicantsfor employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. These bonds shall remain in effect until one year after the date when final payment becomes due or until completion of the correction period specified in Paragraph 15.08, whichever is later, except as provided otherwise by Laws or Regulations, the Supplementary Conditions, or other specific provisions of the Contract. Contractor shall also furnish such other bonds as are required by the Supplementary Conditions or other specific provisions of the Contract.
