Site work and paving for a road / highway in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Funding for services and materials may include but not be limited to: GTA,TAX LEVY, STP RURAL,CHI-D, CHI, RMA, OMA,PBM, CDBG. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. The Contract shall be subject to Wis. Stats. 66.0903 pertaining to prevailing wage rates and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids may be funded in part by a grant from the Community Development Block Grant Program. The owner/Jackson County reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, an amount to secure the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders, in accordance with bidding requirements set forth in Wis. Stats. 62.15(3). The work includes following items: Pulverizing up to Approximately 58,000 S.Y. Asphalt Pavement
