PMAA, HPSF, Plumbing for Camper Registration Building Service Start : 2/16/2022 Service End : 6/30/2022 Refer all bidding questions regarding this project to Russ Adsit, Project Manager, Russ.Adsit@state.co.us. Questions must be submitted via email or in writing prior to March 4, 2022 at 10 AM and will be answered via addendum. There will not be a pre-bid conference Bid bond for bids exceeding $50,000 The bidder proposes that the Instruction to Bidders, Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, General Requirements and Covenants, Plans and Specifications, shall form and be part of the Purchase Order/Contract Agreement to be signed by the bidder if this Proposal is accepted, and if the amount of the Contract exceeds $150,000, the bidder will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in a form acceptable to the Project Manager, in a penal sum equal to 100% of the estimated Contract price with Surety or Sureties satisfactory to the Project Manager, to guarantee the completion of the work and also to guarantee that all material and labor on this work, or incidental to the completion of this work, will be fully paid for by the Contractor or his Surety. The project consists of Plumbing for the Camper Registration Building in North Park, State Forest State Park. Particular items of concern include: 1. Mobilization of personnel, materials and equipment and supplies at the project site in preparation for the Work, as well as the establishment and maintenance for the duration of the contract of the contractors sanitary facilities, protective fencing and barricades not included elsewhere, necessary facilities, and all other costs incurred or labor and operations which must be performed prior to beginning the other items under the Contract. This item shall include any costs for required bonding of this project. The item shall also include marshaling, disassembly and security of all items indicated on the Construction Drawing or Specifications or installed as part of mobilization and demobilization from the site. Payment will be made in two installments; the first 60% will be paid on the first month s pay estimate, and the remaining 40% after the final cleanup has been completed and approved. 2. All water lines including hot water, cold water and sinks as shown on the plans. This includes tying into the existing water lines on the second floor and stubbing out the water lines needed for the proposed center bedroom. 3. All sewer lines including venting as shown on the plans. This includes all toilets and urinals and tying into the existing outside sewer inlet. CPW staff will have demolished all existing tile and concrete to allow this installation. This item also includes excavation, bedding materials and backfill and compaction of the lines installed. This includes tying into the existing sewer and drain lines on the second floor and stubbing out the sewer lines needed for the proposed center bedroom. 4. Hot water heater adequate to serve this building. 5. All gas lines necessary as shown on the plans. This includes tying into the existing gas lines on the second floor and connecting to the existing tank.
