The First Seigneuries School Service Center wishes to retain the services of a construction contractor for the repair of the locker rooms of the gymnasium of its Montagnac du Lac school located at 570, chemin du Tour-du-Lac, Lac Beauport (Quebec) G3B 0W1.
The work must take place from June 27, 2022 to August 12, 2022. The main works related to this project are: This work is mainly repairs of interior finishes and of the electromechanical type. Main works without limitation: o Complete repair of the ceilings; o Repair of existing floor finishes; o Wall finishing and new paint; o Installation of shower partitions, lockers and others; o Various plumbing works o Replacement of fluorescent-type lighting with tubes with LED lights; o Disposal of replaced equipment; o ETC.
