The Rice Township Supervisors will consider the received bids for award at the public meeting on April 5, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. Bids can be submitted to the Rice Township Board of Supervisors at the Rice Township Municipal Building Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M and Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for 100% of their bid amount and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of their bid amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded.
