Renovation of a multi-residential development in Temperance, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This project consists of all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to demolish and remove from site existing masonry patio walls and foundations where possible or practical. At the conclusion of this project the contractor is expected to return any disturbed earth and grasses back to preconstruction activities. Also, as a part of this project, electrical switch boxes and electrical meters attached to the existing masonry patio walls will need to be supported during the demolition of the wall and permanently re-installed in the same location with slotted metal channel framing. Plans consist of the demolition of the existing masonry patio walls for future replacement. HVAC switch boxes, electrical meters, and all conduits mounted to existing walls will remain and will be remounted independent of future replacement.
