Bid security in the minimum amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds. Attention is also called to the provisions for payment of not less than the Davis-Bacon as set forth in the specifications. With respect to the project, all bidders must comply with those provisions of Federal and State Statutes and their rules and regulations which deal with the prevention of environment pollution and the preservation of public natural resources. All bidders must complete and execute a Non-Collusion Affidavit and submit this affidavit with their bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
