Polymanth Playground is located on 108A Avenue. The park has access from 108A Avenue and on the south and the east via alleyway. Residential housing neighbours the park on all sides. Some mature trees exist on the lot; however, sightlines remain good. The total park area/parcel boundary is 1,800 m2 and the playground area is 25m x 11m. The Town will be removing the existing equipment in preparation of the project.
