**As of April 18, 2022, the owner decided to pull the project. No definite date for the rebid.** Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to repair the well casing and install a new water pump and supporting utilities in the Mill Creek Watershed within Del Norte Coast Redwoods State Park, Del Norte County, California, complete and ready for use in accordance with the specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to the bid opening. 5% Small Business Preference The State of California acknowledges the service and sacrifice of its disabled veterans, in part, through the "Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Program." As mandated bylaw, state agencies have a goal to award at least 3% of their annual contract dollars to certified DVBE's. Estimated cost of project: $50K The bidder agrees to complete all work within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work. This includes ten (10) calendar days for the contractor to begin work. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to Chris.West@parks.ca.govNO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m., seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening date.
