Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Indian River Shores, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Indian River Shores, Florida is seeking bids from licensed qualified contractors to install helical piers and make required repairs to the sidewalk and related wall cracks. The Contractor shall be able to be properly licensed in the Town of Indian River Shores, Florida and shall provide proof of insurance to conduct its business, with all licenses, permits, & certificates as may be required by all local and state agencies. The Contractor shall submit a current license from the State of Florida or must be capable of obtaining the appropriate licenses and certificates to perform the project in the Town of Indian River Shores, Florida. This project does not require a Bid Bond. This project does require a Performance Bond(s) in an amount equivalent to the total project costs. Any person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid as prescribed by Section 287.133, F.S.
