Site work for a religious / funeral development in Indian River Shores, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
As of November 20, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Town seeks a licensed, qualified, and certified General Contractor to conduct site work and irrigation system installation at John's Island Cemetery in the Town of Indian River Shores. The site includes: o Cut and remove approximately 28,000 square feet of St. Augustine sod. o Remove entire perimeter of hedge plantings to prepare for irrigation trenching. o Add approximately 360 yards of topsoil (2"-6") and level uneven areas throughout the grounds. o Treat topsoil throughout with milorganite fertilizer. o Install approximately 28,000 square feet of shade tolerant species of St. Augustine style sod (Seville or Palmetto Species). o Install perimeter hedge plantings with Clusia (fifteen gallon). o Prune any roots in all locations needed for Irrigation. o Trench according to engineered plans. o Install irrigation system as shown in the plans. o Coordinate with the Town vendor on headstone alignment.
