The Town of Indian River Shores, Florida is seeking bids from licensed qualified contractors to provide a stormwater retrofit per the plans, along with associated repaving. The Contractor shall be able to be properly licensed in the Town of Indian River Shores, Florida and shall provide proof of insurance to conduct its business, with all licenses, permits, & certificates as may be required by all local and state agencies. The Contractor shall submit a current license from the State of Florida or must be capable of obtaining the appropriate licenses and certificates to perform the project in the Town of Indian River Shores, Florida. This project does require a Performance Bond(s) in an amount equivalent to 120% of the total project costs. Any person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid as prescribed by Section 287.133, F.S.
