Renovation of a municipal facility in Indian River Shores, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 2,2024 has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Town of Indian River Shores is looking for qualified contractors to complete various building renovations at the Public Safety Building in accordance with the approved specifications and plans. The Town of Indian River Shores is seeking proposals for upgrades and hardening to its Public Safety Building. All questions or requests for information should be sent to Mark Shaw, Deputy Chief, in writing and may be submitted via email to mshaw@irspsd.org no later than 2:00 PM on January 16, 2024. The Town Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any/all proposals in whole or in part and to waive any technicality or irregularity. Contractor shall provide the TOWN with a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 120% of the contract value, whichever is greater, within three (3) calendar days of a written Notice to Proceed (NTP) by TOWN. Due to the nature of this RFP a bid bond is not required.
