The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (Colville Tribes) seeks proposals from qualified contractors who have experience, expertise and equipment necessary to Site Assessment for Security Video/Audio System and Door Access. Deadline for Questions: May 9, 2022 @ 2:00 p.m. PST The Firm must submit a completed Proposal signed by a Firm representative authorized to bind the proposing firm contractually. The Firm must identify on the form any exceptions the contractor takes to the Tribes RFQ, or declare that there are no exceptions taken. Requests for interpretation/clarification of this RFQ must be emailed to watchumyush.wilder@colvilletribes.com. Unauthorized contact with other tribal employees regarding this RFQ may result in disqualification. All oral communications will be considered unofficial and nonbinding on the Tribes. All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. PST, February 11, 2022. All responses will be posted online no later than 4:00 p.m. PST after the third business day after receipt of the question.
