The contract resulting from this RFP will be for development of an aquatic habitat enhancement strategy through final design in the identified project reaches of Beaver Creek. Project goals are: Increase instream cover and complexity by supplementing large and small wood, Improve floodplain connectivity and allow for natural processes to occur where possible, Enhance off channel habitats The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) are seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to award an engineering and design services contract to support aquatic habitat improvement projects on Beaver Creek, a tributary to the Methow River in Okanogan County, Washington. The contract resulting from this request will cover site investigation and concept development for habitat restoration actions on 1.1 river miles of privately owned lands. The CTCR intends to award the design contract to the highest quality bidder for the scope of work described in this RFP. The performance period for the awarded contract will be between the notice to proceed date and October 31, 2023. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
