A Lump-sum bid will be received for: General Construction including Mechanical and Electrical Construction. Construction may begin following Owner receipt and approval of required Contracts, Bonds and Insurance. The Owner requires that Project be constructed in phases as noted below: Phase 1: Art/Band: 1. As soon as contracts, bonds and insurance are in place. 2. Substantial Completion August 11, 2023. Phase 1a: Auxiliary Gym & Fitness: 1. As soon as contracts, bonds and insurance are in place. 2. Substantial Completion December 22, 2023. Phase 2: Corridor Improvements/Vocal Music/Technology: 1. Start June 1, 2023. 2. Substantial Completion August 11, 2023. Phase 3: Training/Storage/Multi-Purpose: 1. Start September 1, 2023. 2. Substantial Completion December 22, 2023. Phase 4: Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm & Technology: 1. Start June 3, 2024. 2. Substantial Completion August 16, 2024.
