The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select the vendor or vendors to enter into an agreement with the City for all labor, materials and equipment, services and supervision required to complete all masonry work with the Project. Further details about the Project and associated specifications requested by the City are set out in the RFP Documents. The City of Yorkton (the "City") is requesting proposals ("Proposals") from interested vendors for all labor, materials and equipment, services and supervision required to complete all masonry work, comprised at a minimum of: i. Scaffold (with dust screens) ii. Repoint all brick mortar joints on the north elevation. Selective repointing to be completed on south elevation as required. iii. Repoint all limestone mortar joints. iv. Jahn or Dutchmen repairs (approx.. 7 locations) v. Steam clean all limestone units using DOFF cleaner vi. Garbage disposal vii.
