no award project cancelled Question Submission Close Date 5/4/2024 12:00 PM MDT - All questions relative to the project shall be submitted to Mike Chambers The Work to be performed under this Project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary or required to complete the work in all respects as shown on the Drawings and as herein specified. All work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary to complete the construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by CONTRACTOR as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to OWNER. SKYLINE MOUNTAIN SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the THAD'S PEAK WELL HOUSE AND WATER TANK. Equipping according to Contract Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER - HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE (HAL), and described in general as: Construction of a reinforced concrete well house and a water-tight reinforced concrete water storage tank with a 28,700-gallon capacity, valve vault, piping and appurtenances, meter vault, fill station, electrical conduits and connections to existing system, site work, grading, gravel access road, surface restoration and fencing. This is a federally funded project. All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the State's "fair share goals" and are required to comply with EEO regulations. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The project shall be substantially completed on or before October 18, 2024 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before November 29, 2024 . The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the District. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
