Renovation of a transportation facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
To supply and install new and replacement HVAC equipment at the DTA Operations Center located at 2402 West Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55806. Project must be completed by December 31, 2022, unless otherwise approved by the Project Manager. Failure to complete the work in a timely manner may cause penalties under this contract, up to, and including, termination.
