"Parent Project" A CM has already been selected for this project. For Duluth Seaway Port East Annex Expansion It is the Proposers responsibility to periodically check the website for new information. Addenda notifications will not be sent. No Proposer shall modify, withdraw, or cancel its Proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of Proposals. The Authority reserves the right to reject all Proposals without explanation and to waive irregularities or to accept such qualifying Proposals as in the opinion of the Authority will be in the best interests of the Authority. Awarding of contracts are subject to the provisions of the Duluth Seaway Port Authority Purchasing and Contracting Policy Resolution. The successful Proposer shall furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract, and in accordance with Minnesota State Law and Resolution 51-89 of the Authority and such other documentation as required by the Request for Proposals within the time limits set forth in the Request for Proposals. There will be Project Labor Agreement for East Annex Expansion project. The contact person for the Authority is Dean Lembke, (218) 740-5450. No representative of the Authority can verbally alter or modify a written Request for Proposal condition or requirement.
