The City of Duluth is requesting quotes for demolition of a structure located at 417 E. 4 th St, Duluth, MN 55812. Due to the estimated dollar value of this procurement, formal sealed bids are not required. This project is subsidized by HUD Community Block Development Grant funds and additional terms and conditions apply which are included in this solicitation. Not less than the minimum salaries and prevailing wages as set forth in the attached documents must be paid on this project. The awarded contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance meeting the citys requirements prior to commencement of work. If the cost of the project is over $25K, the contractor will be required to sign the city standard construction contract and a declaration of non-collusion, affirmative action/EEO, and submit performance and payment bonds.
