Renovation of a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and transportation facility.
**As of August 29, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. The Duluth Transit Authority hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to provide an automated building controls system for DTA buildings. The DTA hereby notifies all respondents that it will affirmatively assure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, equal opportunity will be offered to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, disability, or age in consideration for an award. The DTA encourages participation of small or disadvantaged business enterprises in DTA contracts. This request does not obligate the DTA to complete the work contemplated in this notice. The DTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all responses or waive any informalities, or to delay or cancel this request in the best interest of the Authority. All expenses incurred in responding to this notice shall be borne by the responder *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
