Renovation of a municipal facility in Tullytown, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 6, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Remove all shingles and related step and counter flashing to the existing wood deck. Installation of a new three-dimensional/architectural type fiberglass asphaltic shingle roof with a 40-year warranty covering labor and materials. If and where directed, replace existing roof decking. 2. Clean up all debris and damage done to grounds, building and roof top (if any). 3. Alternate for the project is to install leaf guards in the gutters around the adjacent municipal building. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
