Clatsop County Public Works is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified engineering firms to provide engineering design services, including preparation of final design plans, specifications and a bid package for a bypass road located approximately 1,000 feet west of the Westport Ferry Road and Highway 30 intersection in Westport, Oregon. There will also be improvements required for the existing intersections in Westport for this project. The County will supply all topographic survey information required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
