Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Est. Value: $ 24,105,000.00 Description: All labor, equipment, materials, facilities, and other direct and indirect cost items needed to complete the construction of an upgraded wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). Work includes site preparation, access road monitoring and repair, subsurface improvement, new sequencing batch reactors, headworks, pump stations, aerobic digester, sludge dewatering and dewatering building, UV disinfection, sludge storage area, administration/laboratory/maintenance building, aeration blowers and blower building, electrical service upgrade, yard piping, electrical distribution, control systems, maintenance of existing plant operation during construction, selective demolition, testing, start-up, and operator training.
