For more information contact Keri Malcolm, Senior Procurement Advisor SCM Procurement Operations Department 360 Portage Avenue (2) Winnipeg MB R3C 0G8 Email: kmalcolm@hydro.mb.ca Pass/Fail Criteria: All proposals must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro's determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process: a) Contractors and personnel carrying out the work must be experienced in performing live line maintenance on 25kV and below on three phase/multi circuit congested energized distribution lines on a 25 Pole project or larger in an urban environment using rubber glove techniques (Min. 3 Example Projects) Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
