The State of VT Military Department is soliciting bids for the BRADFORD READINESS CENTER ADDITION project at Bradford Readiness Center, Bradford, Vermont, which includes the CONCURRENT SUSTAINMENT AND REROOF project. It is our intent to award one or both projects to the same bidder, to be accomplished concurrently under one contract. This is a rebid of a project originally bid in October 2021 and not awarded for budgetary reasons. The scope of work is identical and the published plans incorporate all addenda published in conjunction with the 2021 bid. This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to construct an approximately 3,600-SF heated and plumbed addition to a currently existing using slab-on-grade and steel-framed construction and containing offices, work spaces and restrooms. Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance.
